2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. By using the site, you represent you have capacity to enter binding agreements under UAE law.

3. Products & Availability

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor differences in colour or finish can occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Products and prices are subject to change and availability. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in AED and include 5% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major cards and approved payment partners. Orders are processed once payment is authorised.
• Promotions and discount codes may carry specific conditions and time limits.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Contract formation occurs when we dispatch the product(s).
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a refund where relevant) for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
• Please ensure all details provided are accurate; you are responsible for the information you submit.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across the UAE within the timelines shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please provide a correct and complete address; we are not liable for delays or loss due to address errors.
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery; title passes upon full payment.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We follow UAE Consumer Protection principles. For brand-specific policies, see the Warranty section.

• Return window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Non-returnable: Personal/hygiene items, personalised/engraved items, or items used/altered (unless defective under warranty).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection/approval.
• Return shipping: Covered by Bagsy for defective/incorrect items; otherwise, standard return fees may apply.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
• Airline damage: Report directly to the airline within their claim window (commonly within 24 hours; up to 7 days under many carriers).

8. Warranty

• BAGSY Care: Complimentary 1-year repair support on purchases from Bagsy for manufacturing defects (e.g., zippers, wheels, handles, stitching).
• Brand warranties: LOJEL luggage up to 10 years (collection-specific). Other brands carry the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on product pages.
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects only. Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse/accident, cosmetic damage, and unauthorised repairs.
• Remedies: Repair, replacement, or refund depending on assessment and parts availability.
• Process: Submit a claim through our Warranty page or contact support@bagsy.ae. Allow 2–3 business days for assessment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Bagsy.ae (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs) is owned by or licensed to Kling Trading LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection principles. We collect and process information to fulfil orders, provide services, prevent fraud, and, if you opt in, send marketing communications.

We share data only with essential service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics) and when required by law. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Bagsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Prohibited Use

• Any unlawful or unauthorised activity.
• Interference with site security, introducing malware, or scraping without consent.
• Fraudulent orders, misrepresentation, or abusive conduct.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Consumers may also seek assistance from the relevant Department of Economy/Consumer Protection authority in their emirate.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on Bagsy.ae. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
