The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by airlines – please report such incidents directly to the airline within 24 hours of collecting your luggage. Most airlines require a claim within 7 days.
- Wear and tear, scratches, dents, discoloration or accidental damage.
- Any misuse or intentional damage.
