Refund policy
Return Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase at Kling Trading LLC. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +971 (4) 277 6969 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Kling Trading LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within seven business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Specially ordered items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
