Warranty:

All Ordo accessories come with a 1-year Limited Global Warranty.

The warranty will become void if:

The receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is lost, defaced, or illegible
Unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made
The product has been used in conditions outside of its intended purpose
The warranty does not cover damage from:

Improper care or misuse
Excessive sun exposure
The use of inappropriate cleaning products
Normal wear and tear:
Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture
Fabric abrasion
Rips, tears, or cuts
Melted zippers or fabric
Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc.)

Care & Use:

For cleaning, machine wash with a mild detergent in cold water.

Spot clean using a dampened microfiber cloth with detergent or soap diluted with water to wipe clean. (do not use chlorine, bleach, or alcohol).

Once cleaned, hang dry pouch.

For added protection, apply a water resistant coating such as Nikwax (not included) to the fabric surface.

During storage, place a cedar ball (not included) into the pouch to reduce odors and moisture.
